You must be aware that to be admissible your report must be serious and factual.
Your declaration is a serious step and may have implications for the persons concerned.
For your information, the report admissibility will be assessed through the following points:
- does the report describe a prejudicial situation?
- is the nature of the situation described serious enough?
- does any documentation complete the report (photo, document, video, etc.)
- is the report made in good faith?
In a principle of respect for confidentiality and the legitimate rights of our employees, any report will be subject to rigorous analysis and a detailed internal audit.
